Manado gravel from JBL is a clay-based gravel designed for your aquariums.
Manado gravel is a natural porous gravel great in particular for planted tanks.
The porous nature of this gravel allows the grains to naturally soak up any excess plant nutrient helping control algae growth in tanks.
The natural porous nature also allows beneficial bacteria to gradually grow in the substrate further stabilising the tank.
