Heavy-duty egg crate is ideal for use in aquascaping and other functions. In addition due to its increased strength over the medium-duty variety heavy-duty egg crate is also ideal for use in coral fragging purposes where a larger load is placed on a sheet of egg crate. Heavy-duty egg crate comes in a 4ft x 2ft sheet in black and white and is also available in box lots of 10 sheets.
For budget alternatives please consider Medium-duty egg crate. Medium-duty is not suitable for heavy loads (as in coral fragging) but is suitable for aquascaping and to act as aquarium separators.
