The Aquael Unifilter UV is an internal aquarium filter that comes with ultraviolet light-emitting diodes (UV LEDs) to ensure the water remains crystal-clear and provides optimal living conditions for the inhabitants of the aquarium.
- UV Sterilization: The UV LEDs help sterilize the water by preventing the growth of floating algae, protozoa, and bacteria, resulting in increased water clarity and a healthier environment for fish.
- Double Sponge Cartridge: This feature ensures uninterrupted operation even under demanding conditions. The double sponge also allows you to clean 1 sponge at a time during maintenance and protect the colony of nitrifying bacteria in the filter.
- Flow Adjustment: The filter’s flow can be adjusted by means of the dial formed by the rotor dome.
- Ceramic Rotor Axis: Unifilters are equipped with a ceramic rotor axis for quieter operation and enhanced durability.
