Freight tier discounts apply to all orders and are compatible with other discounts.

Aqua Premium Discounts

5% Pre-Payment Discount

• Pre-paid orders are eligible for a 5% discount on the total order value.
• This discount is cumulative with other offers, excluding the Seachem Price Match Guarantee.

20% Shop Use Discount

• A 20% discount applies to items used in as consumables or display.
• Available on the following:
• Fish Food: Largest pack sizes for shop feeding.
• Liquid Treatments: SKUs sized 2L and above (algae treatments available in all sizes).
• Discount applies to all item ranges at full list price (not all SKUs).

5% Bulk Buy Discount

• A 5% discount is available for bulk purchases when quantities meet or exceed the bulk threshold.
• Applies to full-priced SKUs and items with APPD discounts.
• Excludes Seachem SKUs, which have their own Box Lot Quantity discount.

50% Clearance Specials

• Aqua Premium offers a rotating selection of items at 50% off, including:
• Overstocked items.
• Short-dated stock (shelf life under 12 months).
• Discontinued SKUs.
• The clearance range is not fully listed due to frequent updates. To access the most current clearance stock, please inquire at the time of your order.

10% APPD (Aqua Premium Platinum Dealer) Discount

• Eligible customers who meet dealership criteria receive a 10% discount on full priced items under the APPD program.
• APPD discounts do not apply to Seachem SKUs.

Seachem Product Discounts

Seachem Box Lot Discounts

• Seachem items ordered in box lot quantities qualify for a 10% discount, which can be combined with Seachem Dealer Program Discounts.
• Discount is applied to complete box lots only.

Example:

• An order of 30 bottles of Prime (box lot size: 12):
• 24 bottles (2 full boxes) are invoiced at 10% off.
• 6 bottles (partial box) are invoiced at full price.

Seachem Dealer Program Discounts

Eligibility for Seachem dealer discounts is based on the range of SKUs stocked. Four discount levels are available:

1. Platinum – 33% Discount off individual items, 43% Discount off box lots
2. Gold – 30% Discount off individual items, 40% Discount off box lots
3. Silver – 27% Discount off individual items, 37% Discount off box lots
4. Bronze – 23% Discount off individual items, 33% Discount off box lots

Seachem Price Matching Policy

At Aqua Premium, we are committed to fostering a fair, healthy and competitive environment where your choice of Seachem supplier does not place you at a disadvantage. To uphold this commitment, we offer a price-matching promise for Seachem products. Below are the terms and conditions of our price-match policy:

Price Match Terms

• By requesting a price match, you agree to adopt the discount structure of the matched supplier. Standard Aqua Premium discounts, such as the 5% pre-payment discount, monthly specials, and dealer program discounts, will not apply to price-matched SKUs. In short, we will match the price and discounts of other suppliers, but Aqua Premium discounts cannot be combined with matched prices or added to matched discounts.
• Box lot discounts from the matched supplier apply only to items purchased in equivalent quantities.
• Freight tiers remain unchanged and apply as normal.
• The supplier being matched must be based in Australia.
• The matched product must be the same SKU and in stock with the competitor.
• Prices on timed specials can only be matched while the special is valid.
• Clearance prices can only be matched for in-stock items. Short-dated clearance stock cannot be matched to items with a longer shelf life.
• Price matching does not apply to freight charges.
• Customers must provide recent proof of the competitor’s price when requested by Aqua Premium, this proof is to be attached to a current order.

Right to Decline

Aqua Premium reserves the right to decline a price match if it would adversely affect our business operations.

At the end of the day we offer this price-matching service in good faith to support a fair and transparent marketplace. However, we also reserve the right to deny price matching if we believe the policy is being misused or exploited.
