Description
Water with a low pH is acidic and can cause painful acid burns in turtles and other aquatic animals and soft shell in turtles and snails. Turtle and Axolotl KH Buffer 7.2 raises KH (carbonate hardness), stabilises pH, reduces stress and stops painful acid burn. With added calcium for strong bones and shells. Contains chemically clean phosphates, which should not exacerbate algae.
Directions: 1 level teaspoon or 5g to 10 litres of water will raise KH by approximately 7dKH or 125ppm and stabilise pH over 7.2.
