IMPORTANT: Medium and small elbows are not compatible, though the dimensions are similar on the narrow end there is not enough friction to hold the elbows together. If you need to use the smaller elbow to step down the size of a pipe the additional use of aquarium safe silicone to secure the elbow in place is recommended.
